The Grenada Boys’ Secondary School (GBSS) was founded on February 02, 1885 in St. George’s with 17 male Students. The school was mainly located at the present Police Barracks on Melville Street. In 1946 the school was relocated to Tanteen to wooden Barracks which previously housed the Windward Island Battalion for World War II.
At Present we are known to be Grenada’s Best Secondary School, looking down at the Lagoon from our campus in Tanteen
